Approximately 1-in-5 of San Francisco's HIV-infected who receive care come to PHP. Of those people, 37% are co-infected with Hepatitis C, 20% are female and 50% are members of racial/ethnic minority groups. In addition to handling urgent and primary care patients, our dedicated case management professionals compliment clinicians by maintaining ongoing communication with patients and by helping them access appropriate city agencies and services.

- HepC co-infection support group
- Dedicated women's clinic
- Fuzeon Users support group
- Onsite psychiatry referral
- Onsite substance abuse counseling
- Smoking cessation and other healthy lifestyle programs
